Russ Shulman

After several years in the tax resolution and mortgage industries, Russ Shulman formed Trusted Home Mortgage in 2005. It quickly grew into one of the leading net branch mortgage firms in Washington. In response to the real estate market crash of 2008, he joined with Leeron Liftik to form Sound Method Modifications.

In addition to owning multiple businesses, Russ is a Washington state certified real estate instructor, mortgage broker and software developer. He’s also a member of a task force providing consultation to the Washington Real Estate Commission in regards to short sales.

Leeron Liftik

Leeron Liftik is co-owner of Trusted Home Mortgage and Sound Method Modifications. He has thirteen years of experience in the mortgage and finance industries, which has provided him a high degree of expertise in evaluating finances.

His far-ranging experience includes stints as a wholesale representative, loan officer, underwriter, manager, trainer, and the owner of three companies. He is also the co-host of a new public access TV show in the Puget Sound region called Does My Bank Still Love Me?
